the "other personality" is another person's soul (like a ghost???) trapped in ML's body. so yeah, the guy possessed the ML's body to do bad things... they even showed his face haunting ML (?)... ngl i feel kinda bad for ML bcs he really didn't know what's going on, he also went to therapy to solve it bcs he genuinely felt bad & didn't want to hurt his bestie (MC), but it's not something a psychiatrist can help with...

the art is too beautiful and ethereal... it's distracting me from the fact that the seme is actually insane. i think the author intentionally chose these bluish colors in every panel to make it look calmer than the dark storyline really is. they also intentionally added a water texture to every panel, as if everything is happening underwater — and the uke is just like a fish. trapped and isolated
