His status is higher than her but she still acts like she holds the power in their Manor. The manhua glossed over a lot of things from the novel so it might look confusing but I promise it's justified there. Jun Qing actually discovered that she uses the allowance for her personal use, allocates more visiting days for herself, favouring servants she likes etc. Plus her father knowing what happens in the Manor ASAP is a big disrespect to Jing Shao, who is a Prince. Household activities should be kept private especially when your spouse is a big shot because rumors are terrible and news spread fast. Her actions are also what made Jing Shao snap at her, her simply pointing at Jun Qing is already a sign of disrespect. She clearly presented to Jing Shao that she doesn't respect nor acknowledge the fact that Jun Qing is the Main Wife and not her.
