Glad it was a whole misunderstanding cus I was cursing the dad the whole time:| I really dislike it when stupid ass fathers in stories like these act all nice and loving after the MC’s act interesting or different, like wtf. So I’m happy that this was just him thinking she hated him and so he distanced himself, although it would’ve helped if he made sure the servants didn’t neglect her but whatever I guess.
The story’s fine so far, but not amazing. I’ll stick around to see how it goes.

I’m surprised at how many people blamed Shiwoo or called him names in the comment section. He’s a victim of physical, sexual, and mental abuse. What he first did to Hyun wasn’t right but that didn’t give Hyun any right to abuse and traumatize him for half a fucking year and more. The way Shiwoo treated Yujin at first did piss me off but after learning about what he went though, you can’t blame him. He did that because he saw himself as someone who was dirty, unworthy of being loved, someone who would corrupt Yujin and ruin his life. He didn’t do it bc he hated Yujin or wanted to play with his feelings, he did it because of his trauma that made him feel like he wasn’t worthy of being with Yujin. First of all, Shiwoo told Yujin that he wouldn’t like him and that he should leave him, so you can’t blame solely Shiwoo when Yujin was the one who decided to stay with him. Yujin was actually the one who really pissed me off towards the end when he kept saying things to Shiwoo to hurt him, like why the fuck would you make him feel even more shitty than he already did? Thankfully they talked things out, were able to get through it, and both of them apologized because they both did shitty things to one another. They helped each other and are now happy, I couldn’t be more glad.
I desperately need another story with the doctor friend, I was actually hoping he’d end up with Shiwoo. When he called out Yujin’s immature behavior I fell even more for him, like I NEED a story for him.
I love seeing snarky playboys become lovesick puppies. Petruchio had great character development, I also think he suffered a good amount though I wouldn’t have minded a bit more lol, and Kat is THE BITCH. She can step on me, leave Petruchio and be by my side Kat, I’ll treat you well like the flower you are, I love you

I wish Antonio and her could’ve had a happy ending but well things had already been broken. I wouldn’t fully blame Antonio for what he did bc although he might’ve not been there for her always, he did go away in order to be able to treat her well and give her a good life so I do pity him:( it doesn’t take away that what he was going to do to Kat was messed up though:|
Also it takes two people to cheat and while Petruchio was a douche for taking advantage of her sad state, she did in the end agree to have the affair so she was more in the wrong

I had put this story off for the longest time due to the comments and me being a little bitch but now that I read it, it was better than I thought. I do wish it could’ve ended with Kyung-soo and Dong-hyuk together, and Kyung-soo finally breaking free from the constraints Yule gave him and being happy, but the ending was pretty much what we should’ve expected. I don’t think the author went into this while planning on having a good or healthy ending, the ending was supposed to show us how broken they both were already. Kyung-soo and Yule were already too deep into each other, they just couldn’t break away. All the trauma and mental abuse Yule gave to Kyung-soo forever stayed with him and he just couldn’t cope not being with Yule, even though he did manage to be free. I think, from how the ending turned out, Kyung-soo isn’t afraid of Yule anymore, but he still can’t leave Yule to suffer and be alone. Yule finally realized the “love” he has for Kyung-soo and is now trying to get him to love him, I think that’s why he ended it with how he’ll try harder next time.
Was this a perfect story? No, but I do think it displayed what it was trying to show successfully. I wasn’t expecting a lovey dovey or sweet wholesome ending anyways, so I’m not really upset with how things turned out. Messed up and twisted stories are my guilty pleasure and I think this was one good fucked up one.

He isn't cheating because they aren't together. Not in Yoshino's eyes at least, she said if someone she truly liked was cheating on her she'd "kill him" in Kirishima's case she actually gives his sidebitches presents when she has stuff she wants to get rid off. The engagement is only a formality and Yoshino at this moment doesn't plan to marry him.

There is a relationship because they are engaged, even if Yoshino doesn’t care or they were forced into it, he’s still cheating. You could say it’s not cheating because there’s no rules between them where one can’t sleep with someone else, but it doesn’t take away the fact that he’s sleeping around.
