If you like this manga, I'd highly recommend Kimi ni Koisuru Hazu ga Nai! Yuuki-san is similar with Kitaoji from that manga, except Kitaoji likes shoujo manga and Yuuki-san likes anime. Both of these works have good artstyle, so you'd definitely enjoy it. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

I hate to say this, but harada hasn't ever come out in revealing their gender. They could be male or female. My theory, because of how much they go through to protect their identity...is that they are most likely male as drawing yaoi in japan, especially by a man, if severely looked down on. (=・ω・=)
