
Realistically, I don't think the gods will play fair in the end - i.e. they will bend the rules so far they crack a little (and maybe even outright break them behind closed doors). Which, imo, will give the gods in pro-human faction every right to empower the humans with everything they need to take down Zeus and the rest.

You know, I'm actually glad they subverted my expectations of Peter. I kind of felt that Emma's words would make him realize he was wrong. But I didn't expect that Peter wouldn't be able to withstand the weight of that realization. But I think that works really well for him too. Peter saw the error of his ways, but was too much of a coward to push forward to make things right. It's really the best of both worlds. Peter is very much humanized when he realizes he's wrong, but is still a cowardly villain who can't bear the weight of their sins.
Kinda hope they answer what happened in between the final chapter and the epilogue in the anime.
