I wonder if the ghost on train is actually trying to help people? It doesn't seem to actually harm humans and is only able to physically interact with sprits? Maybe it's just trying to get sprits detached to humans. Since usually if a sprit/ghost is attached to someone it has negative affects on the human or is there for a negative reason. bc the new update is the official translation, the other one was made by an unofficial fan translator so it might be a bit off, this one is more accurate
