In two chapters Dobin bumps into a hot guy and it gives off very strong "first encounter" vibes. However, it hasn't been followed up on yet in the raws as the focus seems to be on the main couple. It does appear, however, that Yeong officially turns Dobin down (from what I can tell without being able to read the raws) so the next part of Dobin's story arc should be about him and the hot guy kindling their relationship.
