It's something I still don't understand. How do you make money from hosting a literal illegal web? It's not like users can pay for upgrades or something, I thought this web was just people coming together to read things they won't/can't pay for.
No they don’t gets paid cuz they volunteer for it
I think it’s because they either pay for the official chapters and don’t want to waste their money if it’ll be posted anyway or they spend time and effort translating and redrawing and then find out it was a waste when somebody else uploads
