First chapter was boring and I didn’t care for how she was drawn. Someone let me know if this is worth it down the line.
I think the art is better in the second chapter and beyond.
I was hoping on the off chance it was a BL story and the blonde guy would get a happy end with his friend but I knew it was too good to be true.
My guess is that the blonde guy threw away that girls bracelet and has been pretending to like her in order to keep her away from the other guy. And that he most likely lied to the guy friend and said something along the lines like “oh she actually gave me her bracelet but don’t worry I won’t date her as long as you stay with me.” And I’m guessing that’s when the guy realized the blonde guy likes him as more than friends which is why he kissed him in order to try and understand why he is gay?? But either way kissing a guy you don’t like who obviously likes you just to try it (especially when he is sleeping!) is really messed up. I was really hoping the guys would fall in love and be together but it seems every story I read where one of the guys is gay he always ends up alone and the other guy ends up dating the girl best friend

Okay so I really wasn’t far off of what happened. And let me tell you there is absolutely no BL in this
Basically the twins mom found out her husband was gay and that’s why they divorced (although he was actually bi and they end up getting back together and have another kid). But either way that scarred her and so when she saw her son give the guy friend a bracelet she thought her son was gay too and betrayed her like her husband so she ended up physically beating her own son up. By the way her son made a bracelet for all of his friends but the mom misunderstood and thought he only gave it to the guy. Anyways the blonde son blamed his friend for the misunderstanding and for his mom no longer loving him so they made a pact that the guy friend would do what ever the blonde asked and never confess his feelings to the girl. Also the blonde guy was the one who threw away the bracelet and did tell the other guy that the girl actually liked him in order to keep them apart. The kiss scene we saw between the guys was actually planned by the blonde guy because he realized she had left her bag so as soon as he realized she was coming back for it he held on to the guys shirt and pushed him down for a kiss (so from her point of view she thought it was the guy leaning down to kiss the sleeping blonde guy, but actually it was the blonde guy pulling him down for a kiss).
In the end the only somewhat gay person was the dad (bisexual) and he ends up back with the mom. The blonde guy was never gay and actually did like the girl to some extent but realized he actually just had mommy issues and just wanted to be loved. The other guy friend and the girl end up together and the blonde is single and decides to travel the world. The sister ends up with the professor guy as her boyfriend.
The new art makes everyone look like little kids/Chibi characters nooo bring back the old drawing styles!
Idk if it’s the pacing, the plot, the characters or all of the above but I just can’t get in to this story. It’s just a super fast paced cliche story that’s feels super rigid and doesn’t flow right. Like she’s really gonna just show up and act super nice and kick out the maid when the original FL was the one who was way worse. Like at least make it a natural change instead just having her take over the body and all of sudden she wins the favor of everyone from day 1
RIGHTT LIKE WHAT like the maid or anyone didn't qs her what she did to her son like there no efforts they js go with the flow and i thought the moment fl introduced herself as a master they will qs or anything but no they didn't like tht 3 guard especially the white hair didn't get pissed of anything bcs some stranger suddenly came to their life and the ml?? Hello js with tht u fell in love?? Nah he doesn't deserve the title he owned
I feel like it’s hard to decipher who the ML is because she is dating the blonde guy but at times it doesn’t feel like she actually loves him but more in love with the idea of him and how she thinks he’s cute. And she hasn’t really made it known that they are dating or at least I don’t remember if she did but it doesn’t seem like it. She definitely has a inferiority complex regarding money and I think that’s what makes it difficult for me to see that blonde guy as the ML too because she’s always comparing their income even though he doesn’t care about it.
So is this supposed to take place before Hysa arrives or after? Because I feel like Val would’ve mentioned his gf already or looked for her. But if it’s before Hysa comes into the picture does that mean he doesn’t end up with the FL? Since in the other story Audi is still single and supposedly in love with Hysa?
