After reading all that was available in English, it stopped with Claude losing his memories...I refuse to jump back into this until it has been completed cuz my fragile lil heart can't stand to see our fmc go through all the pain coming her way unless I know resolution is available at hand...so now I wait until completed status.

Did Daichi actually get raped or did the bastard boyfriend just make it seem that way to gaslight Daichi? Cuz it seems to me that if he WAS, there would be a panel dedicated to his ass hurting or otherwise feeling weird instead of just a loaded "are you okay, physically?"

First of all, just because Daichi was drunk, it wouldn't have to be rape in this case, since the latter was already in love with him by that point.
Second and even more important: I don't think they even had sex in the first place. Daichi would have felt it and as you put it: there would have been some dedication to the pain in his ass. Like, all of that was so he would have an excuse not to see him again for long enough so he could end everything he had to do and vanish.
