The art is absolutely impeccable like wtf, and somehow the smut isn’t cringey at all (to me at least) and that’s a feat to me considering I’ve read plenty of other yaoi with this same plot lol

Two theories:
1. Fate decided amnesia would be more painful instead of death this time. Being alone in a relationship with someone who doesn’t remember your long and arduous path together.
2. The guy he’s pretending he doesn’t know him so he has a reason to leave and harm doesn’t come to the MC (???)
> Bonus: bro isekai’d his lover via sex so that’s some other dude in his lover’s body (lmao idek)
All in all idk if I believe in any of those three but I’m intrigued for sure
3. Ml figured out a way to escape death but at the cost of his own memories, he was crying because he knew that would be the last time he would be remembering mc
4. ML was always the one w mermories intact he couldnt take it anymore but then he saw mc again, he swore to never interact w mc so both of them dont die but mc almost dies and then remembers ml, while their having sex he desperately wishes to just forget everything then fate actually grants it
3.5.(?) Fate changed smth and now only one of them is ABLE to remember their memories, like while mc was regaining his memories ml was actually slowly losing his

I totally forgot that the backstabbing dude was told that the guy was the prince’s relative lol. That isn’t to say that he isn’t homophobic but also, pretty sure him thinking that it’s also incest (even if it’s a lie he doesn’t know about that) made him even more disgusted
Pretty sure it's just him being plain straight up homophobic. Incest wasn't that big of an issue unless they were blood related. Relatives n cousins marriage wasn't that uncommon.

For this to be turned into a kdrama please I am BEGGING SKDJNSNS the writing is so good and I don’t find myself cringing at it whenever there’s those monologue moments (in fact they seem a bit beautiful in a bittersweet way, especially the entire “missing the season, missing your youth” section), it’s like the author is writing a script not just a manhwa
