This actually feels like high school lol, and not in the sense that the people involved are dumb (as authors tend to make teenagers), but it gives that “bigger than life” vibe that teens tend to have about themselves and their problems (to be so fair tho, that is a LOT of money, but the problem here seems to be more about reputation and relationships)
It def was a little irresponsible for him not to be clear about how he feels about romantic relationships/his aromantic identity. I’m not saying he had to come out to everyone around him, but there is a responsibility that does fall upon the Aro and/or ace person to clarify with their partner what the relationship is likely going to look like. Not that he had to do it immediately, but I personally make sure it’s one of the first things I tell interested parties so that they don’t become disillusioned/have a misconceptions of what a relationship with me will look like. I do hope he ends up finding someone who matches with him in that regard :c
Had me fxcking choking, how’re you gonna put that there all of a sudden out of nowhere
A backstory to the main “character” that is interesting. Love the horror aspect and storytelling
I love that he kept the name Crystal I was worried that they would just swap the character looks just because they both finally knew that they were the opposite gender (like they tend to do whenever they attempt a gender bend)
