When I chose to watch oshi no ko, I thought it was your typical fuwa fuwa anime to pass time. I was really shocked when Ai was murdxxxx. There's no way this is fuwa fuwa, but I kept watching it. As expected, the plot went deeper and darker. Who expected that I finished watching 2 seasons oshi no ko in one day. Crazy right. Since I can't control my curiosity, I continue reading the manga. Demn demn demn... The ending...I ain't strong enough ╥ _ ╥
Ps: Definitely my top 10 manga for 2025

Let me be frank. Overall, the story is not bad, just a little... (I stopped reading a few times lol). The plot has no clear theme and sometimes it's too focused on minor conflicts. It's overwhelming. I got confused. Although some major events happen, it's not too engaging... Not hate tho~

I think the main issue is that it spends too much time in some places and too little time in others. The pacing is a lot slower in the beginning, giving more room for MC's characterization and some sweet stuff. After the kidnapping/auction bit, the story goes a lot faster with dreams and new powers and gates and all. You could cut down a lot of the first couple of chapters and just read from the auction arc onward and not lose a whole lot of the story. ML's connection with the main villain, villain's doppelganger, dream foreshadowing, world mechanics exposition, all of it happens after that for the most part.
Cant wait for that bich to drop dead (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
