Pfft this was just as dumb as I expected from the summary and I completely loved it! What a pair of ridiculous cuties. I want a sequel about their married life, and I want a side story for mochizuki's friend, the only smart character in the whole manga lol.

These stories were kinda boring and cliche, but they're also from 2009. I really like most of this mangaka's more recent stuff, and it's kinda cool to see the evolution over time!

Chan's tiddies are just.... ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ I hope we get some action with them later!

I loved all the references to Hotaru no Hikari, what a nostalgic feeling!

Plus the art style and age gap is right up my alley. Loved it; new favorite!

I've been thinking this a lot, but every single long-running manhwa I've read has a point where the author talks about how much their health declined while working on the story. Health should always be the priority. It seems like the publishing schedules that they're bound to and the deadlines they're expected to meet are too much? I know bringing this up on mangago of all places will do jack, but I wish there was something that could be done to get the overseas publishers to ease off some of the pressure. Without creators, there is no manhwa (and thus no profit for greedy publishing companies) so I wish the artists and authors were better taken care of.

I’ve seen this happen a lot with mangaka and webtoon/manwha artists. A lot of them have bad health or things like injuries in hand. But I do notice that wbetoon artists take breaks more often, probably bc their work is harder(coloring n all)
I’m not sure if it’s the same, but a mangaka is a contractor. They are generally self-employed (similar to a novelist) they get paid by contract based on the work they submit so there’s no such thing as a "paid leave". They have deadlines.
Work culture in Japan is very intense and Korea being one of it not the most demanding. So this isn’t uncommon and it’s definitely not just happening to them
The reason why these artists have bad health is bc of the strict deadlines, creativity, and procrastination which are leading to an unhealthy schedule.
Maybe if we get one chapter every two weeks they'd be healthier, but fans are very demanding(and... toxic...) so the popular publishers demand a chapter a week.

This was such an emotional read for me! It transported me back in time when I was just as insecure as maeda and also in my first real relationship. The only difference is my bf was a total dbag and Yagii is so wonderful! I'm so proud of maeda for growing and so happy that Yagii is so supportive and loving towards him. What a beautiful story!

Can someone explain to me what happened with this manga? The implication seems to be that the mangaka was forced to drop it? Someone said the publisher was bankrupt, but mangaupdates lists Shueisha and Tokuma Shoten as the publishers and they're both still serializing lots of stuff so.. I don't think that's it?

One day when I'm rich I want to buy the rights to this so sensei can continue it if that's even possible.

    Ahh really? That's a shame

Nooooo I thought since there was 5 chapters we would at least get closure on their relationship but we're barely at the climax and there's so much tension! It's yoneda kou so I should have know but.... fuck this is so good I really want the rest!! T_____T

My heart was clenched the entire time! I also feel very lonely now lol. But man, this one never gets old. Will always be a favorite for sure!

Maybe I'm messed up in the head then, but I really loved this!

I liked how they both thought they were playing each other but really they were falling in love. I loved their chemistry. I also really loved the uncensored beauties. ;D And I guess I'm now a fan of the "we're meant for each other because we're both so messed up and it's all your fault" trope. XD

Stories with a bit more depth, even if it's twisted or psychological, engage me so much more than the Renta-quality fluff that's been permeating this site lately. Would love a sequel!

Sameee. I also love this kind of story!! Do you know the other titles that have similar plot like this??

Though many people dislike it because there is no character development esp at Tsukasa's sideㅡ i think that's what make it appealing to me? Tsukasa said himself that he never developed romantic feelings, esp since he began harboring such 'obsession' towards Shuu (with that fap material lol) hence its expected for him to be like that.

It's more confusing to think of how come that Shuu never thought of possibilities that Tsukasa might have recognized him. Shuu was full of confidence. That's it, his miscalculation. Anyway, it seems like Tsukasa also took in what his friend told to him. For me, that last panels where Tsukasa coming to Shuu's place are like a tip of that signal xD idk, hopefully it will be still continued in the other new volume.
