this set up would be thrilling and worth reading if the relationship between the half bothers stays psychologically fucked up in a way that makes it clear they’ll never be a couple but i fear this is exactly what this is shaping up to be

sighhhhhh another plot with potential ruined by an unnecessarily rapey sex scene. the setup with the bottom suggesting the sex was a good way to start but then it fell off with the top's reaction to the suggestion and in general how the whole thing was handled. like.... this was so close to being okay, not optimal but okay, if only the top had shown an ounce of consideration for the bottom by releasing his arms or asking "you really okay with this?"
