You should’ve asked the bad things about this manga lol. Forced (oral) sex that’s one. Rape that’s 2. Seme is abusive that’s three. Seme treats uke like a sex slave and keeps abusing him despite his plead to stop due to his exhaustion, physical pain and injury that’s 4. Seme didn’t stop even when uke’s ass was torn, or even when he doesn’t look like enjoying it in the least! That’s f*cking outrageous! Indeed this manga triggers so many negative feelings in me as i have to accept the reality in the manga (which is rape) if i want to continue reading...

But I know what i would get into from the very first chapter, which clearly foreshadows a rapey but fcking hot seme and a tsundere uke. It also clearly said that this happens in the feudal era, where those in power could rape and kill peasants or those with no social status without any repercussions, so my mind was prepared for those kinds of stuff. Therefore I’m still into it and looking forward to the next chapter, because of the above reasons Alecia stated. There’s some part in me that could not accept the rape though, but a larger part of me wants to see how the story and characters evolve, from a douchbag rapist to (hopefully) a better person. Besides if the mangaka could pull off the plot, this manga would be a masterpiece, and i really hope that will become the case.

It takes rape realisticly. Compared to about 90% of other stories where MC decides that it wasn't that bad, and they might have feelings for ML based on nothing. Or that ML is pitiful, so that makes it okay. If rape is going to be used as a plot device, then it should be used properly, and this book does that. If you don't like rape, you came to the wrong place

Nothing at all , but since I like rape ppl , and drinking their blood , with a little interest in organs trad , I love it .

The plot and development keeps the reader on the edge of their seat and guessing as to what's going to happen next...

- its elegance: less is more, or just a touch invokes the whole. In concise gestures, cut-through sentences, evocative mimic and film-like panels, all that there is to be said, is said. There's no surplus, no noise, nor excess. Master Yoon binds Na-kyum with a handful of words and gestures. That's POWER, correctly depicted. And guess who talks the most throughout the story - its the ones lacking power - either by station or by context. Also, what's being withheld/not shown is as thrilling, or even more so, than what's actually being presented, this story ''acts out'' like negative space does, in art.

- its subtlety & ability to hold suspense, to thrill, it hits instinctual cords.

There are no clocks present, no demarcation of time passing, yet we, the readers, are jelly in the author's hands - time passes fast, slowly, though visual cues, some of which are minimal - an almost spent, unshapely melted candle = the long night that dragged, spent awake, the moon phases - taking at least 3! weeks*** to convince Na-kyum, well, force by bringing the teacher in, to paint...


- its balance/ perfectly adjusted (narrative) tide; 30+ chapters in, every character has weight, just like the art, with a few strokes the men's core is made recognizable, humane, veridical, where there are questions about the past, it's not due to a weakness in the story so far, its to colour in more puzzle pieces of the traits we've traced & suspected up to this point. Should it end right now, the story itself would be fair to its current progression.
INSATIABLE - a lesson about it, a lesson in it.
This manga has the strength to make (it into) history.

Is it worth reading because of rape ? I mean, I thought we were already educated about that topic ? what's so interesting about it tho ? Cuz appart from all the sex escenes wich is pretty much the whole fucking 33 chapters, I can't see anything interesting or different about this story... Not improvement at all, where is this going ? Cuz as soon as the antagonist starts "changing" or "having feelins " for the MC wich is what the majority of readers is expecting, this story will stop being "realistic" .
