He wants to run away, he's tried to do so twice. But now he feels like he can't because of Inhun. Inhun wants to stay so that he can get what he wants, and Nakyum loves him so he's willing to suffer in order to help. Nakyum can't run away on his own either, that would mean death for Sir Inhun

While I understand where you’re comin’ from, I think you should understand what “whyareweherejusttosuffer?” said are the main points of why he doesn’t run, but I wanna add that SeunghOe is written as a suuuper mental bastard. If nakyum wanted to try and run, he could hypothetically do so, but he had generally no money and knew no one. If he sold paintings again then SeunghOe would eventually find him and god knows what that crazy sonnofabitch would do to him then...
