i get what ur saying but imagine if ur in a game, like A LITERAL GAME, characters are programmed to act some way so ofc she would assume that the characters are the same as they are in the game and she would basically think that they dont have human emotions
But like I said, if she wants to look at it that way, then she needs to look at it like those characters are programmed to react to certain choices. If she isn't making those choices, then they will react accordingly
she actually doesn't deny anything, no one in the main ensemble has outright professed their feelings of love to her. Its also established that she's unsociable since her past life so her common sense is a little messed up. Its also revealed early on that because of her unsociable personality its ingrained to her that she's unlikeable (check early chapters where she first met raid and the fact that she avoided her classmates because she thinks they hate her) and thus wouldn't even think of the possibility that people romantically like her, and it tracks because as far as she knows, they're all just friends and to be fair, they do act like that in front of her. Mystia is also someone that thinks being buried with Melo in her death is #normalplatonicfriend stuff so that should show you that to her, the things the guys have been doing are NOTHING
