Is Min woo jin the silver haired hot guy that is called Siwon by his friends? Imma little confused by names because he called him woo Jin while the green haired guy called him Siwon.
Just think of it like this, blond haired guy is Siwoon (double O's) that's his new (adoptive?) name and his name as a little boy in the slums was Min Woo-Jin.
Our brown haired protagonist's name is Siwon (single O) whose body now contains the soul of Tae-min.
'Tae-min' swap into body of 'Han Si-won'
'Min Woo-Jin' at slums becomes 'Than Si-Woon', heir of Hansung Group Ceo.

Although they are spelled similarly (probably only in English, though? In Korean they may be spelled totally differently, after all), no, they are not spelled the same. Think of it this way: My first name is Carla and my ex sister in law's name is Cara, does that mean my name and hers are the same? They are spelled similarly but they are not the same and have totally different meanings. :)
