Im' glad Kan-chan decided to give up on Yumi and realized he wasn't going to change! Abusive relationships are toxic even if the abuser wants to stop it's hard for them to do so, I'm happy the mangaka didn't make it a cliché where Yumi would stick to Kan-chan but gave Yumi a real shot on happiness.

Thos is probably gonna sound crude but Don't forget that the owner is a fancy pimp. To him all the men working for him are product for sale. He may be wavering towards liking the uke but that's at odds with his business. He's probably thinking to himself what kinda a pimp lets a ho take precedence over business. I have conflicted emotions on this manga. It's not real so I really like it and can get i to the handsome seme falling for the uke. At the same time I feel bad for the uke for having to go so far for his dreams. I just know its got to taint the love and enjoyment he has for racing.
True, he is a pimp. I think it would be understandable if you hate the owner because of his job in general and not only because he made the racer have sex with a stranger. I think the owner will keep putting his work before the racer tbh, I'm a sucker for plots that are well developed and not have him fall in love with each other after 4 chapters so I'm hoping to see it last a bit longer.
