You have to understand that yaoi is aimed at mature audiences. It is rated 18+, so these mangas cannot be bought by minors/kids in the bookstore. But because these mangas can be easily accessed through the net, of course everybody can read it now. You also have to understand that the stories in yaoi are work in fiction. It is not based in real life......
