On a more serious note, this story is really interesting : it manages to flesh out the characters gradually in a natural way even while keeping the comic relief tone.
I am currently at chapter 16 and I can see that the characters are not black and white even though we start the story with a familiar setting and some “typical student roles”.
My opinion for now : the story is interesting and I am going to follow it but the plot is a bit too convenient. Each time the MC has to fight an opponent’s skill, some of his skills unlock and are effective to solve his difficulties.
What do u want him to do? Die?

i read that it’s isn’t bulimia like how english speakers think of it but it was the closet translation from what it’s called in korean don’t quote me on that tho
It would of made more sense if they just made up a word when translating it, instead of using an inaccurate disease for the name, but oh well.

Yea, it’s understandable. Though most of the health/weight issues are with the story. There’s a lot of things that just do not make sense, especially since the MC has a supportive father and team, I’m guessing, of the best doctors and they’re attentive and care for him, so It seems iffy he still has such an issue. Now in the story it does mention he has a lot of other diseases, but then what about his care team that are supposingly always there for him? The only significant trauma that the MC probably has is something to do with his Mom that might of lead to this, but then once again how has the care team haven’t noticed it, do none of them understand psychology or mental health issues? Now One of the care team members might be secretly sabotaging him, but seems unlikely with this type of story. Anyway, I’m going to push back all these uncertainties and just enjoy the leveling up with cooking aspect and hope maybe they’ll answer some of these questions later on in the comic. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

There is a plot hole that bugs me. If the secret about the jewel was a mean for the mc to stay financially supported, he could have done an exchange years ago. He could have said earlier to his grandfather “I want that much money in exchange” and he would have been free from guards + rich with his own money.
Throughout the story, I was kind of frustrated because if this dumb “detail”
It’s a weapon for them to both stay financially supported and alive. I mean they made Sooha go through emotional trauma to find the jewel, they abused him on multiple occasions physically, they shot their own spies. Who’s to say they won’t kill Ray/Sooha once they get it to hide all they’ve done?
I think he wanted the feeling of being needed by his grandfather. He didn’t want to give up the jewel because he would be left with only money, no ‘love’.
If his name is really Simone let me laught because in my country (France) this is a outdated female name (〜￣△￣)〜 I only know old ladies with the name Simone.
