Maybe the dad like him sure, but I don’t care if at the same time he behave in a toxic way. Mc was looked down upon by the company and then the father told him « it would be good if you remembered this feeling of alienation », basically in order for the son to evolve. This way of treating an employee and a child is no good for their improvement. Since when making someone feel excluded is some type of management ?
