I think the immortal nachal didn't take their blood and flesh when they incinerate him, since he went to the basement/underground right after to get the (nachal?) in the tube.
+ Maybe it doesn't automatically take their bloods and flesh if the immortal is harm unless he wants to.

I don’t think the lore behind Jian has fully been explained yet. What we know so far is he has basically been protecting Jitae from his mother, to his own detriment
