my guess is that it depends. there’s 3 reasons this probably happens: either too much or too little exposure to gore or a vivid imagination (for lack of a better phrase). Too little, and the slightest gore disgusts you. Add a little more exposure, you get desensitized to it and it doesn’t bother you. Add a lot more and it can kind of affect you like ptsd probably. And if you have a really vivid imagination, like you reaaallly understand what someone means when they describe gore and you can practically empathize without those feelings of intense pain and agony, it messes you up. Not being bothered by gore is just average I guess.

Well you may have the abs but they are hidden under a thin layer of fat. Overall if you wanna get those magnificent abs you need to pair a fat loss training with muscle gain training. Eat lots of protein too.
