People are okay with Ren and Haru getting together because they are not blood related, since Ren is adopted. Shima and Aki are actual brothers (twins) who share the same blood. I don't mean any hate or anything, because I was just curious if the author would want Shima and Aki to get together, since the manga and anime is kinda mainstream now, so many people would have a problem with it.

Holy shit, hot damn! Its possible for this couple Dojun x Heesoo to marry and have a child. Nothing is impossible. Just look at miyauchi and Jirou from Kashikomarimashita, Destiny. They are beta x alpha and still conceive a kid. They just defy the whole omegaverse.
But do know that authors can make theor own rule in omegaverses. Fargo makes this story where betas can't have a child. Only omegas can.
For Kashikomarimashita, Destiny, the author makes the story where omegas are highly fertile and betas can get pregnant but is very rare. And Miyauchi was also having ferility problems too which makes it even harder for him to have a baby. That's why he was very desperate to have a child with Jirou.

You just missed that fact that the author says Hyesung can't get pregnant because he's a recessive omega and then got pregnant and says the percent of the baby being healthy is low but the baby was really healthy. The author just change her theory. You can't rule out that beta x alpha cant be together or conceive a child together.

Thats what i thought too. Omegas in general can get pregnant despite being recessive or dominant. But betas are just like normal human beings like in our real world therefore doesn't have a womb (except female betas obviously)
