They did talk, but a promise from kids will lose its meaning once u grow, fro the beginning the promise was a "responsibility" since he saw her half naked(?), adult her takes the promise was to save them and repay a debt plus being peace not a romantic or even friendship
Haha real, I just meant the ML def wanted to keep that promise so I'm surprised he never brought it up if they talked all night, I also can't see them bring it up and keep it in a lighthearted way coz again the ML was def serious about it
Oh this manhwa's plot is indeed not something out there but the characters are very good. From the FL to all of the side characters' dynamics this is really a refreshing break from all the other cliche characters in other cliche manhwas

Yeah i can def see the similarities between this and the "i'm the queen in this life". That other manhwa's conflicts are more intense and insane while this one is more easier to digest ig (father and villain fucking each other are still nasty tho).
But someone said that the ML for this one is

Knowing who the ML is doesn't matter to me because i hate everyone here LMAO (maybe except illya....). I love the plot, it's refreshing to get some constellations also acknowledging the cliche rofan tropes (ex. Saying 'i don't love you anymore' when meeting the guy OG FL have been harassing, etc). But that's it. Like the potential is there with the worldbuilding....but the characters are ruining it. FL is...whatever. ML is also.....whatever. oh well, let's see if i will stay reading this

My biggest pet peeve in romance stories (targeted at women) is that the MC/FL is always being overshadowed by ML to the point if FL is being known as the best person in [category], i just know it's BS and frankly insulting to me because u expect me to believe FL can do shit when u give all the best actions to ML . Ik why the trope is there and ik why it sells well but lmao couldn't it be handled better at least? Like at least don't over force it. I'm getting OOT but yeah this accessories ML is a palate cleanser~
