It seems to be a forced blackmail and NTR/cheating plot. MC believes that the ML is blind, and the ML’s brother happens to be in their home. I think MC was taking birth control in secret or something, he was looking for pills. The brother sees that and uses that to blackmail him, that if he doesn’t sleep with him, he will tell the ML.

So MC reluctantly agrees I think and next panel shows him having sex with the brother. The ML is at a dining table, eating. ML is actually not blind and can see his brother and MC having sex in front of him.

Later MC seems to be feeling guilty and the ML has to go to work or somewhere. The brother is still there and he forces MC to have sex or else. The brother makes a call to someone, I assume ML, and just chatting about something. He gestures at MC to give him a blow job. Then they have sex, while ML is on the phone line.

Later MC is sleeping and the brother comes and forces him to have sex. The ML is sleeping next to him!
The MC has his arms around the brother’s neck, it seems like a cheating and cuck scene if nobody knew the context.

Next panel, MC is feeling very guilty and he desperately wants to have sex with ML to overwrite the forced sex that happened with the brother. So they do have sex and it seems MC is still stimulated from the previous sex with ML’s brother. During the sex with ML, MC remembers the sex with the brother and cums.

Later, MC is probably having his heat or something but he is aroused. He tries to sleep it off, and noticed a figure climbing onto the bed. He thought it was ML and was about to happily accept, but finds out it is the brother dressed like how ML would dress.

He backs off and refuses, but eventually falls into the temptations. He wraps his hands and legs around him. The panel skips to another, focused on a picture of the MC and ML’s wedding. After having sex, the brother tells MC about the car incident and probably something was revealed because ML suddenly appeared behind and smashed his head with a cane, bloody.

There’s a complete different aura and demeanor with the ML. He has a cigarette in mouth and looks cold. MC still believes he is blind and goes up to him, waving his hand in his face.

The ML shows him all the video camera recordings of him with the brother. There’s panels that show him fucking with the brother in many different locations like kitchen, living room while the ML is drinking coffee, acting blind. He smirks while watching.

The ML, present time, pushes MC onto the bed and MC somehow gets horny. The ML plays a video on a screen in front of the bed, of MC riding the brother. And MC looks down in shame probably, and his dick splurted out cum. I can’t tell, I think the ML is thrusting inside MC at the same time? So maybe from that too.

MC was aroused from this whole situation somehow.
Then the ML’s brother wakes up after being unconscious, his head is bloody and looks angry.
ML sits on a chair with MC on his lap, and fingers him.

Anyhow the time passes. The panel shows MC walking out of the parenthood clinic, MC got pregnant and is grinning widely at the paparazzi who are there. He got both of the brothers and baby in the end.

I don’t know if it’s just the author’s art style, but the part where he smiled at the end, his eyes seem dull and lacking of life. I wonder if that meant something, or I just read too into it.
