It’s not necessarily turning it into a webtoon, it’s just been reformatted for hosting on L*zhin. Plus, that site has a wider audience reach than a lot of mangakas, especially bl authors that aren’t being published in a magazine, can get on their own.

It also shows the seme saying 'i love Masato so let's break up' meaning they were still together when he was making a move on Masato. Get it right before saying anything and misleading us.
