No I understood the question. I realize one can be a human male and a female lycan like hwagok. Hwagok needed the drugs because his partner was essentially sterile as a dead being. I think if hwagok could transform he would have all female wolf parts and if he chose Ino he would have been able to get pregnant without the drugs.
