I believe there is technically 8 chapters. These images are cut, cropped and laid out in such a way to be read vertically. Each of these "chapters" are part of the whole. In the Renta manga version, there is 4 "volumes" each consisting of 2 chapters making a total of 8. Renta also has it marked as completed so I don't believe there will be any more once this is caught up.
