I feel like people are getting Taehyun wrong. I think his personality is bratty but he genuinely like Dayeol. Sure he’s acting like a gradschooler with a crush teasing the person he thinks is cute but he also really does want to be around him. That doesn’t excuse his action but I feel we’re going to see his background and understand why he acts so aloof and mean. Seems like his parents probably died and family members blame him for it and they obviously didn’t take care of him as he’s living alone. I think he has really high walls built up around him to try to keep himself safe but he really does have feelings. He was sobbing, hurt, and embarrassed by what happened and stopped coming to school. I think that he’s trying to reach out to Dayeol and wants to be close to somebody. I think he doesn’t know how to act right. He knows right and wrong but kids with messed up backgrounds go through a lot. It doesn’t excuse it but rather explains. I think he will get better as he opens up. For now rather than bullying, I think he genuinely likes the way Dayeol reacts and thinks he’s cute and fun to be around which is why he teases him. I think he will be nicer as they get closer. He even made sure not to take the hickey thing too far and backed off after Dayeol didn’t react like he expected. He’s trying to get under Dayeol’s skin but he really doesn’t want to make him hate him

Isn't young black haired guy the "little flower" that went away, as mentioned in the beginning of the story? I'd sa the kids went through some traumatic shit together, and the protag forgot cause trauma

i think the little flower is the girl's brother or something?, cause if you notice at the end of chs sometimes theres a guy who shows up with a flower on his head.
i think mc and black haired guy where in some kind of facility or something and then mc got taken away and might've lost his memories or something alike.
