I think it's more poetic that way if bum does follow sangwoo till the end. But it's sad because I felt like bum and sangwoo were robbed from happiness which made that scene 38249302483902x sadder. They left the world in the saddest way possible

Like they are both in the same position, although nijihiko used it to his advantages they already have someone the love! ESPECIALLY SAJI!!!
