Okay, so from earlier on in the comic we know that over-exposure to alpha pheromones can turn you into an omega. But turns out there's a bit of an equalizer in this ABO universe. The blondie alpha, in a flashback, talks to Yeonwoo about how the Alpha vs Omega marks are "unfair" -- who even knew until Yeonwoo BIT that fucker that it worked that way here anyway? HA! ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Soooo Alphas CAN mark, also on ears, but they mean nothing.
Another thing is that alphas can only be marked once! But an omega can mark numerous alphas. (My theory here is your "omega" is actually like an "alpha female" with a pack or harem of viable mates to have more genetic diversity, especially if omegas are in low quantity. Some kind of biological purpose in this particular ABO world?)
Anyway, as we know Keith is a possessive AF SOB, when Yeonwoo reminds him that while Keith will only ever have Yeonwoo (1 unique omega), Yeonwoo doesn't have to have an unique alpha, ie NOT YA ASS, Keith! Oooooh! BURN!
Yea, omega can mark a lot of alpha but alpha once marked other omega can’t smell their pheromones except for the one who mark them.
One of the reason why Keith doesn’t like omega is because his mom (who is an omega) marks multiple alphas and leave them. His mom also frequently runaway from his dad
