Yep they end up together, based on the raws it's very healthy. I think they have drunken sex (Both are not that drunk I think, they knew what they were doing) then later the black or dark skin dude confesses (I think) and the other guy also reciprocate his feelings.
But unfortunately, we barely get scenes hot sex scene for them. Maybe 1 and a short one. If I remember correctly.
The entire story is good, but like maaaan I wish it was longer and it had more sex :/ also the art quality kinda drops a little bit by the end probably the author was on a tight schedule
