True, the progression of things was way too fast like Buck's death. I didn't really feel bad for him because I barely even knew him. Was he even relevant to the plot? And how they skipped the scene of Yun getting robbed, only briefly showing it. I would have liked to see his first-time reaction to being brought in the game.
