"you have a fiancee and yet you speak of an insolent love" PREACH CLAUDE!!! Crown Princes don't know shit about love when they're the ones who need to set up a villainess before breaking things off. it shows how fucking cowardly they really are.
"so you bastards think you can trample on Eris' thirteen years of devotion if it means you can get away with adultery?" THIS!!! did that bitch prince and commoner girl ever think about how hard it is to become a royal sovereign?? A PASSIONATE CINDERALLA-ESQUE LOVE CANNOT FEED A COUNTRY. It won't improve poverty, won't defend against intruders, won't protect the people. they may have condemned the villainess now, but they're only condemning themselves in the far future. if it weren't for Claude interrupting, the Kingdom could've fallen at this point.
"I love her, so it can't be helped." THIS IS THE FINAL SLAP IN THE FACE. How dare that stupid bitch prince use this as justification to cheat. These words are intimate – they shouldn't have been used as an excuse for adultery

it feels like the interaction between Cale and Ron is not well-adapted from the novel like... i remember it being funnier since Cale appeared to be scared of Ron while being nonchalant, however, Ron was just actually being weirdly fond of his puppy young master.
especially when Cale said, "Who else would go if not you?" and Ron's usual demeanor slightly wavered.
True
True but its not like they could animate the scene word to word tho.that would be nice as well
