Honestly it's probably because of the reason he's sleeping around for his roommate and Haru is just a prude. His roommate knows he's doing it simply for a means to an end, and is probably more angry at his partners than the uke. Also, I personally have not a problem with sleeping around, I've done it myself, but I'd be annoyed if my roommate was having sex every night while I'm trying to sleep. He seems to have some deep seated issues with a past love that I can't tell if they're dead or just estranged. He's running and being self destructive because of it. I just want to see him able to sleep through the night. It really messed him up.
