Around chapter 28 they finally clear the misunderstanding and get together romantically. It'll be pretty wholesome for quite a long while. The childhood friend ruined one vacation trip but it didn't break the two off. For the most part, it's just cute fluff. People are just frustrated cuz a week feels slow for people but it really isn't. It's nice of the uploader to post 2 chapters per week or else there'd be more complaints and frustration.
