Dongho was the one who refused to talk it out. Homeboi called him a thousand times but Dongho wouldn't pick up, forcing homeboi to come to his school to wait in the cold. Homeboi really be trying.
The whole thing started because of Jaehwan's fault but clearly made worse by Dongho's stubbornness. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

she's not a lesbian. She's enjoying her single life because she already has something she's interested in (sweets) and she has friends with whom she can share that enjoyment (her colleagues and the new girl). I thought the theme of this chapter was pretty clear. And that's something not a lot of mangas explore, so kudos to the author.

yeah thats true. although how many instances has there been where a manga author clearly was not intending for romance between 2 ppl but still there are people shipping 2 men simply bc of the “bromance” moments? if their gender is reversed im sure there would be lots of comments like that also,, in my opinion its sort of similar to this chapter haha ,, ppl could think she looks adorable with the new sweets girl & make an offhanded comment that doesnt rlly warrant a deep analysis (●'◡'●)ノ sorry for grammar mistakes or if anyone take this the worng way /nm /lh

It's not really about the genders for me. What ticks me off is that the author was trying to send a noble message that being single is okay as long as you have passion and friendship and then people twist the characters' intention and feelings to destroy that message completely, all just for some very insignificant interactions. I usually don't give a damn what people ship, but this time the shipping was uncalled for.
Maybe in future chapters, the author will give us more interactions btw these two characters that potentially lead to something more, but as right now, there's not even any remotely romantic subtext.
everyone just doesn't seem to get it. Don't overthink things. The friend's family is meant to be comic relief. The author portrays them as if they are a cult, with the friend being worshiped by his own kids. If you have watched Japanese's 2007 Hana Kimi, you will see what I mean. The series features a normal lovey-dovey loveline, and side-characters who are completely nuts. One of the major supporting characters are usually possessed by demons and dons a cape 24/7 for no good reason.
I guess this sort of humor just flies over people's head if they can't see it in action without the acting and the sound effects.
