Ok so orginally I thought Nina was the half-sister of the king.
Hence why they both have the same eye color and also the hints of the past king being a womanizer.
Also could maybe explains why the church sent her as a spy? If they knew she was part of the royal family they could have wanted her to serve the saintness.
So they could have a close bond and when the time came.
They would dispose the current king and set Nina on the throne as their puppet since Nina already has a strong connection with the church though the saintness.
That's what I thought.
Nina and the king are half siblings and so the story would be a big bro doting on his little sister. As well as the saintness being a doting sis on Nina.
Basically when the king and saintness marry they both love and dot on Nina.

Pretty sure the MC and her Dragon Lover are not related.
Since from what the story shows, Dragons mate for life.
So MC's real father waited I think until his death for his wife. He never took on a second wife or something.
And if MC and her mother were never taken MC probably would have been the leader of her kind.
Since her Dragon lover was adopted by her father as his heir since MC and her mother were taken.
So no they aren't related.
Really wish we could have seen how they met and fell in love.
