I'm all for the Mc's life divorced and living with her best friend.
I want the story to be that from now on, learning how live like a commener, finding a job, sweet friendship moments.
HECK helping Claude with his love life!
And then after she deals with her past, her father, and ex-husband she falls in love with a man who is BRAVE enough to show the same devotion she once had towards her ex.
AND IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE A NOBEL OR A ROYAL.
IT CAN BE A BAKER WHO ALAWYS GIVE HER FREE PASTRIES AND NAMES HIS NEW CREATIONS AFTER HER OR SOMETHING SINCE SHE'S HIS INSPIRATION!
GO NEIL THE BAKER!
ヾ(☆▽☆)
BUT that won't happen. She and her husband will stay together and ah! NEIL THE BAKER DIDNT HAVE A CHANCE AT THE START

So I might get heat for what I'm about to say but...I gotta share.
I actually would like to see Jungwoo and Jaehyun date. From the spoilers I know it won't happen and in the next chapter Jaehyun starts learning the truth.
I still would of liked to see what kind of relationship they would have if they dated. It would probably be a very complex and complicated.
Since while Jungwoo loves Jaehyun he isn't above hurting him if he thinks it's for the best. Jaehyun in the context of him never meeting Eunsung would have probably fallen in love with Jungwoo.
It would be a series of events planned by Jungwoo to make sure Jaehyun falls in love with him.
From there Jungwoo would be the perfect bf to Jaehyun spoiling him every second. I can see him being the type to always want physical affection and tease their lover. I KNOW Jungwoo is an asswhole, the spoilers will make u hate him more.
Still I'm a sucker for Dark characters falling in love with someone the opposite of themselves, someone who is genuine in their actions, someone kind.
Eunsung and Jaehyun are endgame and I do enjoy them together since they really are a sweet couple but maybe as some sort of side story I would have liked to see Jungwoo and Jaehyun date, like a what if story.

While I do love characters who are dark fall in love with their opposite.
I think it crosses the boundary if they are possessive enough to hurt the other person to be with them, even though they love someone else. Plus, Jungwoo doesn't even have the balls to confess to Jaehyun, but he calls him a coward. So. Meh. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I like toxic relationships sometimes, but I wouldn't like one with Jaehyun and Jungwoo.

U make a good point.
Especially when the next few chapters coming out we just learn how far Jungwoo would go to have Jaehyun to himself.
Still I just can't shake off the what if's, what would make Jungwoo confess? Nearly losing Jaehyun like what happened at the beach? And if they ever dated would Jaehyun accept the real Jungwoo?
Either way I'm happy that Jaehyun ends up with Eunsung, they are ADORABLE together but my need for something dark still pops up once in a while.

I saw a spoiler where the Wolf and Snake might have feelings for each other which I can see.
But the Rabbit is the character I have my eyes on, there's just something about his character that draws me in.
I'm hoping that the Wolf and Snake end up together and the Rabbit just finds someone else more suited for him. Someone either the complete opposite of him or more sick amd twists then he is.
Or
Wolf + Snake + Rabbit end up in a threesome.
Though I'm holding out for the 1st option.

My interpretation is that what she did is kinda right.
The castle is torn between 2 Factions. The prince is the only child of the Emperor but his mother being a maid and not a high born lady makes it easy for him to be overlooked as the heir if the Empress gives birth to another Prince.
So if the Empress gives birth to a boy then they will be the heir but that's IF it's a boy born. So it's the long waiting game until the Empress has a boy or if the Prince is selected as the Emperors official heir.
MC is loyal to the Prince since she knows the story but realistically right now as a kid he has no power.
The staff don't hold him in high regard and making it know they are not on his side.
If she made her Alliance know then she would be put in danger. The Prince has no power to protect her with against enemies outside and inside the castle.
So best bet get in the good gracies of the on a who does hold the power at this moment, the Empress.
She is assured safety and living well in the palace. Which means better food, supplies, that she can easily share with the Prince.
Just until the prince gains his own political power.
Now for the info she told, she just told the Empress that the prince was sneaking out to trains with mercenaries. Which by all means is very vague.
Since she never said which group of mercenaries and where. Which the Empress can make her own assumptions. Since she could be thinking that being trained by mercenaries is not much help training in sword fighting. Since mercenaries are looked down on she might think he's learning useless skills.
Also by being in the Empress "side" she can protect the Prince in her own way. Gaining info for him and even steering him in the right direction to build up political power.
Well I mean thats how I see it. I guess we have to wait until the next update. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
This is what this manga has become for me. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
