Think of the prince as a pure soul who’s always been able to put people in two categories.
1. Those who look down on him/stay away from him/despise hi/fear him because he’s half demon.

2. Those, like his glasses-wearing aid, who support him.

He valued our FMC because she basically is the second person that he can put in that second category. However the way he believes she reacted to him (even though it was her brother, not her), made him feel as though she viewed him in the same exact way everyone else does, this putting her in the first category. But then he saw her with Letio and misunderstood the situation. He thought that it wasn’t about the categories, but that she deliberately lied to him so she could meet him.

By lying, she basically betrayed his trust.
Since she understands this, the FMC feels worse because she knows that this wasn’t the actual lie, which makes her betrayal far greater than it is.

Sian is a good person.

She still supports her brother because 1) she wants to manipulate him and 2) she realized that his actions were a product of how the emperor treated him so in turn he treated other the same way, her logic is; if she shows her brother the love and affection that he's been craving then he won't turn into the monster tyrant that she knew before

Based on the novel it was because she was standing too long on high heels, in the previous chapter she went from the emperor's bed room, corridor, then the garden. If you think about it in reality it's pretty far considering that an actual palace can be big as a white house. Though in the manhua they don't take their time drawing those parts.(￣∇￣")
