I keep posting a link to the raws but it keeps disappearing or maybe my phone is just being weird

It's not just you. I think the site does it on purpose

Someone translated this one shot that's made specifically to promote the novel but the novel isn't translated and may get dropped if it does get translated so...??? What's the point of these incomplete oneshots?!

If you look in the section of works by the same author you'll see another promo work I fell for. This one, however, does have a few novel chapters translated. The author or publishing company sent out a cease and desist order on the translation, meaning that legal action will be taken if their work is continued to be translated. There is no way that the same wouldn't apply to this work. Why show us a teaser for something that we will never be able to read? Just as it is their right to enjoy doing that and your right to question me, it's my right to not like the pointless situation and question it.

Did you not read my last sentence? I agreed with you and said it's their right to enjoy to do so just as it is your right to question me for questioning them. Just as you have those rights, I'm allowed to question why they choose to do so. Why do they want to translate something that's utterly pointless in the end?
All non official manga translations are technically illegal until they are told one way or the other if they are allowed to translate the work or not. A Schrodinger's cat situation if you will. But this author/publishing company has specifically asked for their work to not be translated. Why break that and potentially face legal action all for a single oneshot that won't be allowed to continue. I'm allowed to not like a situation and question someone on it. I don't understand translating incomplete oneshots when there's no translated novel, but more than that I don't understand translating works that have been straight up specified to be illegal rather than the don't ask don't tell dance we all play with the authors on manga sites.

uuuuuuuuuuh...........it is translated...........you just have to look really hard......because korea hugely cracked down on webnovel translations so it probably did get dropped but....there's definitely some chapters floating around on aggregation sites. (also, yeah. like everyone else said. just be grateful for what you get you thankless little pirate, lol.)
That reaction... Did she disappear?
I hight doubt it
