There's a novel translated with a little over 100 chapters out. The manga is up to about 16 chapters but the only place I can find free raws only shows the latest chapter, nothing else. Anyways, here's the link to the translated novel:

I don't understand what people are talking when they are confused about the dialogue? Were y'all confused about her flash back? It stumped me at first too cuz of how sudden it was. Then it became obvious that it was part of the reason she was taking sleeping pills for her insomnia or why she had to count/hide medicine in the first place and therefore why it was relevant to the current scene.

Personally it's the cliff drawing who made my brain disconnect the two part of the dialogue.
She was talking about med or whatever and they responded by "they don't always die from sword or arrow" (or something among those lines) but then it showed a cliff, my brain did an instant connection with accident. And since later on you have someone feet falling from a cliff backwards, like an accident, it reinforced the connection my brain made.
But this connection make the rest of the chapter total nonsense, the med discussion felt like a totally separate subject so the discussion didn't make any sense. So I had to look in the comments for an explanation.
So I blame the cliff.

At first I thought you meant cliff as in that's what they said the soldier died by rather than suicide to avoid dishonor, but then I went back to make sure and realized what you were talking about. It's some kind of symbolism, I think specific to Korean culture. It has to do with a sudden, dark realization. Something that fills you with shock, dread, and horror.
There is a notice of suspension but it could be a Google translate error?

It says that there's gonna be a little hiatus until the first half of april
Ah thank you. I can't always trust Google translate because it often translates Duke as peacock or cum for example.
