Because Capybara’s are calm and have no enemies they find solidarity wherever they are and whatever they do. The master’s martial art specializes in harmony, Capybara’s find harmony wherever they go. Just like how the children are cats bc cats are creatures who tend to be alone but when they find a master they gradually warm up to their master (not always tho)
I actually imagine his spirit animal as a bird tho, free, gentle, and peaceful. But capybaras cool too but since they're so sociable, I couldn't see a hint of it on the mc except when hes with the kids
I am actually long story enjoyer, those stories that are worth it with great payoffs. I could see potential in this but... There's something about these cwebtoons that wants you to maybe consider hiring a team that knows how to develop graphic stories. Its great on its own but maybe adapt it in a way thats cuts those long set of events that doesn't pay much and maybe don't shake the angle too much from panels to panels, and also add another panel on scenes to feel emotions. LIKE WATCH THE COMPOSITION!

As I read through the comments, it was divided and its actually kind of funny. Its pretty exaggerated as you might as well think. I feel like everyone was just going to the notion of commenting on negative topic that wasn't entirely conclusive just for the sake commenting and adding fuel to the fire.
I don't know why people expect so much but the first thing I notice was the author meant for this to be a short story. The first couple of chapters wasn't really in depth, it just tackles about the MCs motivation and why he did what he did. So like any other short stories, they have the 'right-in-your-face' set up that you don't need to think about it too much.
But the problem was the author was too good at setting this up, that most of the readers thought this is going to be a wholesome long story. It is wholesome but it really doesn't give a hint of depthness you might expect like other popular webtoons filled with expressiveness and smexiness. IT WAS MEANT TO BE JUST THAT!
Maybe some readers are not use to subtle narratives so they misunderstood this story a lot.
First, the friend. IT WAS EXPLICITLY STATED HE WAS A GOOD GUY just not how MC felt about it. And it was up to readers to comprehend that this was MC's pov and he admitted that he was pretty clingy and that the FRIEND never even thought that MC is actually bent so like any bros out there, there relationship became 'Hoes before bros'. And MC couldn't take this selfish a**hole who only hang out with him when needed and never thought his bff was crushing on him but STILL they're friends. Maybe because I kinda relate? Like I'm an extreme introvert that wouldn't do anything unless needed, thinking about it now I wonder if I ever let someone felt like they've been used. Kinda savage don't you think?
Second, the mc and the seme. The mc, an ordinary univ student and seme a gangster with grey settings in touch with the under/gangster world whos pretty thoughtful and considerate of MC. Take a hint! GANGSTERS HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREY SETTINGS primary characteristics, they have buttons you shouldn't touched.
So when they both communicate clumsily like any typical person whos not used to express their inner feelings of attraction and MC being completely vague about it, I was like 'SHUT UP! OR YOU'LL REGRET IT!'. I completely understood why seme seemed triggered and there was tension but then some readers got triggered by seme. Confuse yet?
No,its fun! Because they end up confessing but people called it as rape? I DON'T KNOW WHY! Did someone need a freakin' dictionary? Maybe the warning labels are just that misleading? Even I thought some words were completely unnecessary. Like the editor just put it out there because he/she didn't really read the dialogue but the sex happened so it became NONCON when its entirely not? UKE FREAKIN' ASK IF ITS OK FOR SEME DOING IT WITH A FREAKIN' GUY! Do I need to point that out?!
So this was a short story right? Of course most of them end with a happily ever after. So why are you guys so confuse? Lets just say some are inexperienced and unexpose. Please people remain innocent, while someone like me will probably end up in hell.
