Seth never said with his own mouth that they're a couple. In fact their "relationship" is completely one sided. Seth kissing Horus in the spur of the moment because he was in a vulnerble state does not equate to them being a couple. On top of that Seth only consented to the kissing NOT the spicy stuff afterwards. He is clearly not in love with Horus
If you've read this far in the manwha, you should know Seth's character by now. There is no way he would willingly get in a relationship with Horus. They are not together. Horus may think they are but Seth doesn't love him in that way

It did not in any way seem to be a romantic kiss, Horus confessed some shit about how being loved as a son by a great god was some good shit and he still worships him and he will never forget his greatness and Seth in his deep self loathing, blame, and guilt felt overwhelmed by the one person saying anything remotely good about him and kissed him like trying to keep the acceptance he felt. It was like kissing, in relief, the fact that someone doesn’t see him as an evil, degenerate, and selfish god. And then Seth proceeded to say stop to everything after.
if you really want to comment about set's character you should also know that he's more of a actions guy rather than words. he would most definitely find it extremely embarrassing to express his feelings and especially to a man and to horus to be more specific
