I love it when people just know what they want and go out and get it. But you see, she never said they were exclusive but she should have been clear with what she wanted, she should have stated that she didn’t want a relationship and she doesn’t intend to have a relationship and if he is fine with that they can continue if not they can stop. She should have been clear she doesn’t know where this relationship is going. She should have said she expects that both of them can explore other options while seeing each other. Basically a situationship. But obviously none of that was laid out and so jealousy and toxic situations are bound to happen. It’s confusing. This is not the best way to go about casual hooking up, casual dating or fwb. Also things like what you are comfortable with hearing about the other person’s other hookups should also be discussed. In this case everything is unclear and people might have expectations that you might not have and someone is going to get hurt. This is just not the way. In this case it’s much more complicated since they were solidly platonic friends who have known each other for a very long time. This transition is so fast and relationships like this, in particular need clear communication because there is a sudden change in dynamic and alot of history. Maybe she doesn’t care of their friendship goes down the toilet because of this because of how impulsively she decided to make the relationship sexual but maybe he feels different. She has never asked him about it though. She’s the one who changed their relationship suddenly by being inappropriate and now she needs to set boundaries because he is obviously confused. That first blowjob did not have explicit consent either and it was surprising and out of the blue. He was fine with it at the end but he was clearly uncomfortable in the beginning and she should have stopped because she noticed and knew. He didn’t explicitly say no so she kept going on but she knew he was uncomfortable. If the roles were reversed I don’t think anyone would be cool with this. What she’s doing isn’t wrong but it isn’t right either. And tbh it’s kinda douchey.
