Some fusioshis should admit that they don't like female characters, and spare us from reading that kind of comment. You don't like women in the manga that you read, that's the problem.
I can't see any feeling in the down part. Nothing. But we also don't have his POV, everything that has happened so far can be explained by his search for power, every time he tried to "help". Maybe he likes her. Maybe that's the plot twist of the story, but claiming that he likes her is impossible now.
