To be honest, I think the first step for you is to find a way to sleep more when youre at home. Maybe your anxiety is the cause and you should work on that with a professional ? Or you can try to change your habits by understanding what can help you to sleep better ? I mean, everyone functions differently and its better if you know what works for ......   2 reply
